We collect information you choose to provide through contact and assessment-report forms, such as your name, work email, company, role, area of interest, timeline and message. When you choose to email a completed assessment report, the report results are included with the submission.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to your request, deliver requested reports, arrange conversations, provide services you request and maintain appropriate business records.
Cookies and analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website and improve navigation, content and the overall experience. Clarity is optional and is not loaded unless you accept analytics cookies. When enabled, Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to provide usage and interaction insights. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Manage cookies in the footer. Core website functions work without analytics.
Sharing and service providers

Assessment information
The browser-based assessment can be completed without creating an account. Answers remain in the browser during the session unless you choose to submit a completed report for email delivery and follow-up.
